Shopping list items are grouped into:
1. vegetables and fruits
2. grain products
3. milk and alternatives
4. meat and alternatives
5. Other foods
6. Others
Groups 1 to 4 includes food items specified by the food guide, list 5 has some common food items that are not part of the food guide, while 6 group is for user items.
Group 1 is fruits and vegetables, group 2 cereals, group 3 milk and alternatives and group 4 meat and alternatives.
(E.g. milk and alternatives)
The list of available items is displayed indicating the amount for one serving as specified by the food guide. (E.g., milk whole 250 ml)
Enter the amount required for each item in the amount box, in multiples of the amount value (e.g. to buy 1 litre of milk, enter 1000, which is 4*250). You can also leave the amount box blank, for one serving.
Click ‘Select’ beside the item to add it to the list.
The ‘Shopping list items’ table is updated as well as the ‘food guide’ table which tracks the amount of food servings from each of the food groups in the shopping list. If you have created your family’s food guide, the amounts in your shopping list are displayed next to what your family requires for the specified period e.g. one day, one week or one month.
Repeat for different categories until done, then you can print your list by clicking on to the ‘print’ button or if you have logged in, your list is saved and can be accessed by authorised persons from cell phone or other computers.

1. Enter 'Name' (optional) of the family member in the provided box
2. Click onto ‘Add’ button next to their age group
3. Repeat 1 and 2 for each person.
You can then print the family food guide. If logged in, the information is saved and you can access it later.
