This website links the food guide to a grocery shopping list and adds extra features that make it easier for individuals, families and groups to adapt and use the guide.
To create a grocery shopping list for a family or group, refer to the ‘howto’ guide available at top right side of this page.
What you can do on this website includes:
Print the recommended number of servings per day
Obtain servings for a group of people for duration e.g. a day, a week or a month
Create a shopping list that all members can add items to
Print the shopping list or use a cell phone to access it while at the store
Print a pie chart to use as guide while filling up the plate at the dinner table
